The SBRA offers a variety of age divisions for our members to compete within. If you are new to the SBRA take a moment to learn about the different age divisions we offer.
16 years and under as of January 1st of competition year Experience the heart-pounding action of bull riding, barrel racing, team roping, and more at the SBRA Rodeo. Check out our full schedule of events and plan your day at the rodeo.
Youth (16 years and under as of January 1st of competition year)
Must buy this membership if they want to compete in both the Youth and Open at jackpots and the SBRA Finals.
4 to 10 years and under as of January 1st of the competition year, must buy this membership if they want to compete in both the Youth and Peewee at jackpots. There is no cross entry at the finals, there you must choose to enter either the Peewee or the Youth.
4 to 10 years and under as of January 1st of the competition year and can only compete in the peewee division at SBRA sanctioned events. Peewees may purchase a membership anytime in the year they turn 4.
50 years and older, can enter the Select sidepots as soon as you turn 50 in the competition year. Select does not have its own membership, Select contestants only have to purchase an Open membership.
An open membership can be purchased by anyone four (4) years of age and older.
